TEACHER TRAININGS and THERAPY TRAININGS with ANTHONY BOGART
JULY 23 -27, 2008. (Wednesday thru Sunday). "Therapeutic Applications of Hatha Yoga"--Anthony's 5th annual Yoga Therapy Training at Yoga West Studio. This training is intended for yoga teachers, therapists in the healing arts and hatha yoga students who want a deeper understanding of the body/mind integration. A basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology as well as a familiarity with the Universal Principles of Alignment as taught by John Friend are necessary prerequisite for the workshop. Apprentice Program with Anthony Bogart
Anthony Bogart, Certified Anusara Teacher, offers this unique program to self-directed, self-motivated students who are interested in immersing themselves in creating their own path in the world. This is an opportunity to "sit near" a masterful teacher who lives his yoga practice and has been a teacher for twenty years.
The program includes: daily private lessons, access to studio library, participation in Anthony's public classes, observe classes and teaching techniques, supervised teaching, one week-end Anusara Workshop as Anthony's assistant or participant.
Each apprentice will work with Anthony to design a mutually agreeable curriculum. The cost varies according to each individualized program and the length of the apprenticeship. On average, the cost is between $800 and $1500 per month (workshops not included). Scholarships available. Call or email Anthony for application.
